About Stacey

Blossom Wellbeing is an integrative mental health service led by Stacey Roy (she/her). Stacey is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Stacey is passionate about care that considers all aspects of a person's wellbeing — mind, body, spirit, community, and environment.

Stacey specialises in addressing complex mental health concerns, particularly complex trauma (including Borderline Personality Disorder) and eating disorders. Her practice incorporates a range of person-centred, mindfulness-oriented, and body-inclusive psychological therapies.

Stacey is committed to a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach, at the core of which are the values of choice, collaboration, empowerment, safety, and trustworthiness. She understands that healing is a deeply personal journey, and is here to support you every step of the way.

Stacey’s clinical practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive perspective. She celebrates the diverse identities and experiences of our clients, and her ultimate goal is to create a care environment where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

All Blossom Wellbeing services are provided by telehealth (video call), so you can access care from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in Australia.

“When someone says to us, as Thich Nhat Hanh suggests, ‘Darling, I care about your suffering,’ a deep healing begins.”
