Mental Health Treatment Plan ($82.30 rebate per session | 10 sessions per calendar year)

Eating Disorder Treatment Plan ($82.30 rebate per session | 40 sessions per calendar year)

Team Care Arrangement ($58.30 rebate per session | 5 sessions per calendar year)

Non-Directive Pregnancy Support Counselling ($68.45 rebate per session | 3 sessions per pregnancy)

If you have private health insurance through Bupa, HCF, Teachers Health, UniHealth, or Nurses and Midwives Health, you may be eligible to receive rebates back for mental health-related consults with Blossom Wellbeing.

Blossom Wellbeing is not an NDIS-registered provider, but we are happy to work with NDIS clients who are self-managed or plan-managed. Our services fall under the following NDIS line items:
