Blossom Wellbeing offers a range of evidence-based psychological therapies to support your mental health and wellbeing. Our approach is centered on fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship that acknowledges you as the expert in your own life with wisdom you can draw on in dealing with problems.

Depending on your needs, we may use a range of approaches to establish a safe and supportive connection with your body, regulate your nervous system, nurture self-compassion, and befriend different aspects of yourself, including:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Somatic Psychotherapy

Stacey provides specialised psychological therapies for individuals with eating problems using a Health at Every Size approach, including:

  • CBT-E

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (DBT-ED/RO-DBT)

  • Embodied Approach to Treating Eating Disorders (EAT-ED)

  • Intuitive Eating

All Blossom Wellbeing services are provided by telehealth (video call), so you can access care from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in Australia.
